Jeremy Cheng, Product & Technology
20+ years of experience in the technology industry spanning across Infrastructure, Cyber Security, DevOps, IoT, & E-Commerce. 4+ years of technical leadership roles in Blockchain related projects. Former founder of software development studio, Ex-Microsoft, Ex-FBI/US Navy civilian contractor, and multiple startup exits.
Philip Tran, Strategy
Phil was most recently Chief Marketing Officer of Animoca Brands backed MADworld. Prior to that, he has worked in Corporate Venture Investment for over 10 years, with deals spanning US and China, principally dealing with enterprise software.
Alexander Tsun, Finance
Serial entrepreneur with successful companies in property and property management. 15+ years experience in finance.
Chris Tsun, Operations
Background in finance before venturing into entrepreneurship. Started several businesses including one in the apparel sector, specializing in the production of uniforms for hotels, restaurants and property management companies.
Chanut Sriphyak, Business Development
Experience in traditional sell-side finance firm with focus on trading market platform integration. Digital blockchain investment and trading since 2017, with strong background in sales, relationship management and networking.

Michael Reed: A successful tech entrepreneur with decades of experience assembling and managing software development teams both in the Bay Area and across Asia.
Cathy Hwang: A Venture Partner at Palm Drive Capital, and an investor with a family office based in Taipei. Before moving back to Asia five years ago, Cathy was with Boston-based Battery Ventures ($8 billion+ in assets under management).
Stanley Tam: Was most recently the General Manager of Softbank Robotics looking after the overall strategy and execution of SoftBank Robotics’ business in the Greater China region and has built the business and service operations teams from the ground up since its inception in January 2018.
Edmond Yue: An accomplished software engineer and entrepreneur having most recently co-founded FLEXE, a T. Rowe Price and Madrona Ventures funded late stage startup delivering technology powered, omnichannel logistics programs to the world’s largest retailers and brands. Prior to FLEXE, He was Co-Founder and CTO of Ignition Mobile, a Y-Combinator backed mobile analytics company, leading it to a successful exit in 2011.
Peter Luk: Is a seasoned technology professional with over 30 years of experiences. In his long career, he has successfully built extensive networks and partnerships with tech giants worldwide including Google, Facebook, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, IBM, Huawei, Tencent, Accenture, and more in the global ecosystems.
